Conjugates of calf intestinal alkaline phosphatase are extensively used as secondary detection reagents in ELISAs, immunohistochemical techniques and Northern, Southern and Western blot analyses.The SensoLyte® FDP Alkaline Phosphatase Assay Kit uses highly purified FDP to quantify alkaline phosphatase activity in solutions, in cell extracts, in live cells as well as on solid surfaces (such as PVDF membranes).
