This peptide is amino acids 276 to 286 fragment of the lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus (LCMV) glycoprotein (GP), also known as GP276. It is the H-2Db restricted epitope. LCMV has been routinely exploited for the study of adaptive immune responses to viral infection.
